Who We Are

Welcome to Lullaby Nannies

Lullaby began as a group of NICU nursing staff giving private aftercare support to parents and their babies when they left the hospital setting. Our reputation grew steadily through word of mouth, and later Lullaby was created to enable us to reach out to more families who needed support and guidance in those early days, weeks and months of a babies life. With the exception of sleep training we focus entirely on babies and young infants as this is where our expertise and passion for helping families lies.

Our Ethos

It is our mission make life just that little bit easier for parents.
Above all we promise to treat our families with kindness and understanding. We put parents at the front and centre of everything we do and aim to build long term support networks to be there for them for as long as they need us.

Every nurse was drawn to nursing because of a desire to care, to serve and to help. I love my job as a peads nurse and I have a passion for caring not only for the children but also their families. It’s amazing to see how one good nights sleep completely changes a families outlook and makes everything manageable again. Lullaby Nannies support throughout one of the most challenging times a family will face is first class and being a part of this and making it enjoyable for a family is what we strive for. Seeing the smiles back on parents faces again is a great feeling.

I’m very lucky to be a paediatric nurse. Nursing is my profession but it is also a calling. Within my job I have been extremely lucky to have cared for many children of all ages: but the part I love most is how family centred my job is. Nothing feels better than knowing a family has recieved exactly what they need within my care. Lullaby Nannies has enhanced that feeling beyond words, knowing that I can support a family in any way makes me love this job more and more everytime I walk through the door of a new home. Starting a family is scary and comes with so much unknown: sleepless nights, tears and all the emotions that come with it. Lullaby Nannies gives us the opportunity to support families during those tough and emotional times: even if its a break for a nights sleep. To all the parents past and present: you are AMAZING!! You’re children are AMAZING!! I feel so blessed to have been on some of your journeys and so blessed to be part of the Lullaby Nannies family
